Ingredients
- • 100 grams butter at room temperature
- • 100 grams dark brown sugar (white sugar if using dye)
- • 100 grams flour
- • (optional) food dye
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar
- Mix in flour and stir with a spoon until crumbly.
- Add dye if using.
- Roll between 2 sheet of parchment to 1/8” thick.
- Chill until firm then punch with a ring cutter.
